SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antagonists of human blood vessel endothelial cells growth factor (hVEGFr), among them, monoclonal antibodies, receptors of the above indicated antagonists, variants of these antagonists inhibiting angiogenic and mitogenic activities of antagonists hVEGFr. Antagonists can be used for inhibition of tumor growth and also the processes associated with excessive proliferation and neovascularization.
