Firstly, seeds are soaked in anolyte solution at pH 2-7, oxidative-reductive potential +900 - +1100 mV, at active chlorine content 0.03-0.05% for 0.5-3 h and then in catholyte solution at pH 6-9, oxidative- reductive potential -300 - -500 mV for 2-24 h followed by drying to friability state.
