The inventive silica-rich carrier is used for preparing catalysers and can be used for other techniques: for producing fibre-optical materials, filters etc. The carrier has a specific structure which is characterised by a range of announced physical and chemical properties: in a spectre NMR MAS 29 Si a state of silicium is characterised by a presence of lines with chemical shifts of -100 ± 3 ppm (line Q3) and 110 ± 3 ppm (line Q4) at a relation of integral intensity lines Q3/Q4 from 0.7 to 1.2 (fig 1). In the IR spectre, there is an absorption band of hydroxyl groups with wave number of 3620-3650 cm-1 and a half width 65-75 cm-1 (fig 2). The carrier has a specific surface, measured with the BET method to a heat desorption of argon, S¿Ar? =0.5 - 30 m?2¿/g and a surface value measured by an alkali titration method, S¿Na? = 10- 250 m?2¿/g where the relation S¿Na?/ SAr = 5 - 30. A catalytic component is introduced into the specific carrier structure that resulting in high-active baking and contact poison resistant catalysers. Conditions for introducing the catalytic component are the following: the use of increased temperature and pressure.
|
