<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sub-sample plural pixel data and to transfer them at a high speed. SOLUTION: A transfer origin memory control part 7 two-dimensionally generates the read address of a transfer origin memory 3 and reads the pixel data of the rectangular area of the transfer origin memory 3, a data conversion part 9 outputs the pixel data for which the read pixel data are sub-sampled by a sample ratio n:1 in a horizontal direction and a transfer destination memory control part 8 two-dimensionally generates the write address of a transfer destination memory 4 and writes the pixel data sub-sampled by the data conversion part 9 to the transfer destination memory 4.</p> |
