PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate instability of the travelling of a film in the case of guiding the travelling film by guide rolls. SOLUTION: This film travelling device is constituted of plural guide roll blocks 14 disposed dependently to one another, in each of which plural guide rolls 4 are disposed in parallel, so that a film 1 is guided to travel in one direction being the roll-arranged direction while it is put on the rolls 4 of each blocks 14 and passes over between the adjacent blocks 14. At least a part of the adjacent blocks 14 is constituted so that one of the adjacent blocks 14 forms a tilt angle 8 with the other of the adjacent blocks 14 to be tilted in the film travelling direction and the film travelling surface is projected. The wrapping angle formed between the film 1 and at least a part of the guide rolls 4 is made large.
