PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor which can work surely for a long term and to improve electromagnetic coupling. SOLUTION: A primary coil 2 and a secondary coil 3 are formed into a spiral form respectively in an integrated circuit composed of at least three wiring layers, and these coils 2 and 3 are arranged so as to place their winding parts alternately in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, a center conductor 4 is arranged in the middle of the coils 2 and 3 in their longitudinal direction. The center conductor 4 is clamped (fixed) at a specified electric potential.
