PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the impedance adjusting circuit of a coplanar line where the adjustment of a strip conductor pattern width is difficult in producing though there is a method for adjusting the strip conductor pattern width. SOLUTION: In the coplanar line consisting of a strip conductor pattern and a base conductor pattern on a dielectric, the base conductor pattern is notched and the upper part of the notch is connected with a golden ribbon, which is cut off on impedance adjustment. |
