摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized metal membrane integrated flow cell for measuring surface plasmon resonance high in the degree of freedom of a cell shape and excellent in productivity by using glass and a polymer having simple pattern forming capacity and transparency and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A metal membrane integrated flow cell for measuring surface plasmon resonance has a metal membrane used for measuring surface plasmon resonance on the surface of the inner wall of the flow channel thereof and is manufactured by forming the flow channel part of the flow cell in a substrate comprising a transparent glass or polymer material by lithography or etching and bonding a glass or polymer material having a metal membrane formed thereon to the substrate provided with the flow channel part.</p>
