The clock circuit provides clock signals for a number of loads mounted on an IC chip, using clock signal nodes at different point on the chip, each having a clock input, a clock output and a feedback circuit for maintaining a required phase between the signals at the clock input and the clock output. A clock coupling circuit is connected between the clock signal output and the clock signal input of adjacent clock nodes and maintains a given phase between them.
