PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body mounting bracket facilitating mounting work to a roof trim (an interior wall material) and unrestricted by the plate thickness of the interior wall material. SOLUTION: A base member 7 constituting a part of this vehicle body mounting bracket 1 is composed of engaging parts 2 provided on the back face of an approximately elliptic base 6 and engaged with a roof trim fitting opening; long-sized elastic engaging parts 3 curved in circular arc shape from the top view and provided on the engaging parts 2 opposed around an opening 8, so as to be elastically locked to the fitting opening peripheral edge; and flange parts 4 abutting on the upper face of the roof trim. The elastic locking part 3 of approximately U-shaped cross section is provided with a flexible piece 3a having a flexible space inside, erected upward to the outside from the bottom part. The outer peripheral surface of the flexible piece 3a is provided with a non-slip part 9 comprising a plurality of side grooves abutting on the peripheral edge face of the fitting opening.
