PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing guide device for a construction machinery having a guide gib using a sliding member with square guide rail. SOLUTION: A cross-section shape of a pair of guide rails 4 provided on a leader is square. A guide gib 8 is furnished with a front surface member 30 and a back surface member 38 respectively opposed to a front surfaces 4a and a back surface 4c of the guide rail 4 and a side surface member 42 clamped by the front surface member 30 and the back surface member 38 and opposed to a side surface 4b of the guide rail 4. Grooves 54, 62, 72, 74 to store flat plate type sliding members 58, 60, 66, 68, 80, 82 are formed on each of opposed surfaces of the front surface member 30, the back surfaces member 38 and the side surface member 42 with the guide rail 4.
