PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for obtaining a sufficiently humidifying amount by enhancing temperature and humidity accuracies and reducing a running cost with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A filter 2, a cooling coil 3 and a blower 6 are sequentially arranged from an intake port side. A heating coil 40 and a vaporizing type humidifier 50 are arranged between the coil 3 and the blower 6. The coil 40 is branched to two of a front stage coil 41 of an upstream side and a rear stage coil 42 of a downstream side. The humidifier 50 has three-stage constitution of a first humidifier 51 disposed at the downstream side of the coil 41, a second humidifier 52 and a third humidifier 53 disposed at the downstream side of the coil 42. Valves 7, 80 are respectively provided at the coils 3 and 40, and one temperature sensor 11 is mounted at the supply port of humidified air. The valves 7, 8 and the sensor 11 are connected to a temperature controller 11'.
