<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant box useful for the dehumidification of air especially for a compressed air type brake device. SOLUTION: The desiccant box 10 has a casing 11 equipped with at least one inlet 14 and one outlet 15 and the casing 11 is formed from a container 12 and a flange 13. Further, the desiccant box 10 has a desiccant member 18 which is provided in the casing 11 in a configurationally stable state. A constituent part necessary for fixing a granular desiccant is conserved by the shape stable constitution of the desiccant member.</p> |
