PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building in which effective use of heat is achieved in a heat environment surrounding the building, and further provide a method for utilizing heat in the building and a heat exchange apparatus. SOLUTION: A building is adapted such that outdoor side heat exchange means 11 is provided outside the building, and indoor side heat exchange means 12 is provided in the building. The outdoor side heat exchange means 11 and the indoor side heat exchange means 12 are coupled at a pipe 13 through a pump P. There is further provided at least one heat exchange system (heat exchange apparatus) in which a fluid heat storage member 14 is filled, in which the outdoor side heat exchange means 11 and the indoor side heat exchange means 12 are moved with the aid of the pump P.
