<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device easily manufacturable and quickly and easily installable capable of permanently sealing against ingress of moisture, liquid and in particular water. SOLUTION: The sealing device by this invention comprises a seal cylinder 5 for sealing a hollow space 4 between the cylindrical penetration part 2 in a structural element 1 and at least one object 3 passing through the penetration part 2. The seal cylinder 5 can be inserted into the hollow space 4 and is provided with at least one penetration opening 6 extended in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder.
