PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent run-out of a cutter body generated when the cutter body is fixed to an adapter body and to perform the centering with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This cutter is constituted so as to array cutting edges on an inner peripheral surface of the cutter body 22 forming an annular shape and to be provided with a flat surface 32 parallel to an axis of the cutter body 22 on a large diameter side of a conical surface 31 on an outer peripheral surface of the cutter body 22. An inner peripheral surface of the adapter body 23 which attachably/detachably holds the cutter body 22 and is integrally connected with a working machine is constituted of a conical surface 35 and a flat surface 36 which can be in surface contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cutter body 22. The flat surface 36 is constituted of a side surface of a rectangularly planar member 102 screwed into a cut-out recessed part 101 formed on a large diameter side end face 23C of the adapter body 23.
