PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in the adhesive strength between a resin layer and the metal surface of a metal foil or a metal vapor deposition film even if no anchor coat agent is used and reduced in offensive smell and container using this laminate. SOLUTION: A laminate has a resin layer (I) comprising a resin material based on an ethylene (co)polymer (A), wherein (a) density is 0.86-0.97 g/cm3, (b) a melt flow rate is 0.01-50 g/10 min, (c) molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) is 1.5-4.5 and (d) the difference T75-T25 between temperature T25 wherein 25% of the whole is eluted calculated from the integrated elusion curve of an elution temperature-elution quantity curve by a continuous temperature rise elution and fractionation method (TREF) and temperature T75 wherein 75% of the whole is eluted and density (d) satisfy a specific relation, and a metal layer (II) comprising a metal foil or a metal vapor deposition film provided on the single surface of the resin layer (I). A container using this laminate is provided. |
