PURPOSE: A manufacturing process for dried antler slices is provided, which produces clean and excellent quality of antler slices, and makes it possible to keep for a long time without deterioration. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process for a dried antler section comprises the steps of: thawing an antler with freezing condition(-20deg.C) in constant humidity-temperature chamber at 4deg.C, below 30% humidity; quick-freezing at -45deg.C for 10-30min.; cutting the quick-frozen antler into a sliced piece in a thickness of 0.1-50mm; arraying the slices horizontally, and thawing slowly for 10minutes in constant humidity-temperature chamber to form a deerblood film; quick-freezing the section more than 3hrs at -45deg.C; vacuum freeze-drying the quick-frozen antler slices using vacuum freeze dryer with cell plate controlled at a range of 60 to -40deg.C; and putting the freeze-dried antler slices into transparent glass bottle and vacuum-packing. |
