PURPOSE: An automatic tax calculation and issue system, method and machine readable media is provided to automatically calculate tax on sale and purchase among business companies, and transfer the tax documents to the business companies. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a member accessing a service system(S1), the member inputting sale data for making tax related documents and requesting to issue and transmit the tax related documents to a purchase or sale company(S3), the service system making the tax related documents based on the input data, storing them at a non-approved tax calculation details database, and informing the purchase or sale company of the tax related documents over an online network in the case that the purchase or sale company is also a member(S4), the company logging in the system, checking the tax related documents, and approving the documents(S5,S6), the service system transmitting a temporary authentication key to the company in the case that the company is not a member(S7), the company accessing the service system by using the temporary key, checking the transmitted tax related documents, and approving the documents(S8,S9), the system outputting value added tax or other documents by using the tax rate data stored in the database(S10).
