PURPOSE: A thumbnail notice board system providing a thumbnail with respect to a graphic file and a method thereof are provided to convert a notice board prepared based on text into an interface prepared based on graphic. CONSTITUTION: A user client computer(1) supports an Internet communication. An Internet service provider(ISP)(3) makes the user client computer(1) be connected to the Internet network. A database server(100) stores and manages a plurality of graphic files and thumbnails being responded to the graphic files, respectively. A thumbnail server(500) creates and stores a thumbnail by reducing the size of the frame of the graphic file. A web server(700) provides a thumbnail to the user client computer(1) being connected to the Internet network and provides a graphic file to the user if the user requests a graphic file being responded to the provided thumbnail. A thumbnail notice board server(5) comprises the database server(100), the thumb nail server(500), and the web server(700).
