PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an inner reinforcing material of a shoes upper is provided to manufacture an inner reinforcing material by forming a continuous vertically laid web. Thereby the reinforcing material color isn't changed by heat, sunlight and moisture and the harmful gas isn't generated. CONSTITUTION: In the method for manufacturing an inner reinforcing material of a shoes upper, a few stages are included. In the stage of S11, the polyester staple raw cotton of the bale state passes a weighing hopper and the first cotton opening is carried out. The first cotton opened raw cotton is added with the regular weight ratio and is conveyed to a cotton opener and the cotton beating is carried out and it is separated. In the stage 12, the raw cotton, which passed the cotton opening progress, is beaten and passes a beater and each raw cotton is mixed evenly. The mixed raw cotton is conveyed to a storing tank and is evenly supplied to a carding machine by the hopper. In the stage of 13, a web of the evenly arranged state is formed by combing the supplied raw cotton with the regular direction. In the stage of 14, the arranged web has the thickness of 3-50mm and is formed as a web of the continuous vertically laid state. In the stage of 15, the web is cooled after applying the hot wind of 130-180 deg.C. In the stage of 16, the web, which passed the drying progress, is standardized and wrapped.
