The structure has a rotor casing (21), which is fitted at the inside of a blade support (4). A magnetically conducting plate (12) is fixed to the upper section of the blade support. The magnetically conducting plate may consist of a silicon steel component (6) or an iron plate. Preferably, the blade support is shaped like a cup with several blades (42) attached to it and with the magnetic plate arranged in the cup opening so that it contacts the inside of the top of the blade support but not the rotor casing.
