PURPOSE: To optimize the wall thickness of a bucket in a front and rear edges. CONSTITUTION: A casting core of a turbine bucket including a serpentine cooling passage 18 is formed in a two branched type including a front edge core part 12 and a rear edge core part 14. The front edge core part and the rear edge core parts are individually arranged in a mold, and thereby, the wall thickness in the front and rear edges of the turbine bucket are individually controlled. The thickness of the front and rear edges to be regulated are optimized for efficient cooling. As a result, an operating efficiency of the turbine is improved. |
