PURPOSE: A method is to provide how to manufacture a hardened forming electromagnetic wave absorption silicon foam structure and a composition thereof by utilizing a polymer material. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of admixing the additives of 100 wt(weight) of Siloxane adding 1-200 wt of ferrite powder, 1-200 wt of conductive particles, 1-200 wt of dielectric substance, 0.1-5 wt of Platinum catalyst inducing the condensing reaction of Organosiloxane, 5-50 wt of Silica as a stiffener of the foam, 0.5-10 wt of Zincoxide to 100 wt of a Siloxane by a roll or mixer three times, a step of pouring the composition into a required mold. a step of seasoning, foaming and hardening under the normal temperature.
