PURPOSE: A balancer of a washing machine and a producing method thereof is provided to actively flow fluid by removing plural ribs formed along the circumferential direction of the balancer. CONSTITUTION: A balancer of a washing machine comprises: a guide(1) in ring shape injected by fluid like salt water to compensate unbalanced weight in dehydrating; a space unit continuously formed along the circumferential direction of the balancer on inside of the guide; fluid injection holes(4) formed on the upper face of the guide to inject the fluid; plural grooves(5) recessed toward the inside direction of the space unit at regular intervals; and a protrusion shaped on the upper portion of the space unit by the groove. The inside space of the guide is formed along the circumferential direction without any structure. Moreover, the protrusion is formed on the upper portion of the space unit by the plural grooves of the upper face of the guide to keep the fluid still. |
