发明名称 DIETARY GINSENG PRODUCT PREPARATION METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a dietary product such by using ginseng and kinds of herbal materials capable of reducing body fat is provided to prevent and treat obesity by losing ones body weight with minimized side effects. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) getting herb extract of which solid is 64% by mixing and extracting 1-5% of Acanthopanacis Cortex, 1-5% of Eucommia ulmoides olive, 0.2-1.0% of Angelica gigas Nakai, 0.2-0.8% of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 1-5% of leaves of Camellia sinensis and 0.3-1% of mulberry leaves with 7-15times of refined water at 60-90deg.C for 5hr 2times, centrifuging the solution at 5-10deg.C at a rate of 8000rpm for 20min. and vacuum concentrating the supernatant at less than 10deg.C; (ii) mixing 0.3-0.6% of the herb extract with functional aids such as 0.001-0.004% of Thiamin HCL, 0.001-0.004% of riboflavin Na-P, 0.008-0.012% of Pyridoxine HCl, 0.06-0.1% of citric acid, 3-10% of polydextrose or 0.2-1.0% of silk peptide and 1-2.5% of maltitol and 0.05-0.2% of fruit mix or 0.03-0.09% of lemon flavor and 0.01-0.08% of raspberry flavor; (iii) adding refined water to the resulting mixed extract to 100% of total volume and filling the solution in a container. The herb extract can be mixed with 30-50% of crystal cellulose and 60-80% alcohol, dried at 60-80deg.C for 20-30hrs and pulverized and filled in a hard capsule or the pulverized herb extract can be granulated into 10-30mesh, dehydrated at 50-80deg.C for 20-30hrs, mixed with 1-3% of sodium carboxy methyl starch and 0.5-2% of Mg-stearate and then produced in a tablet shape.
