PURPOSE: A method and a system for an electronic commerce for foreign tourists is provided to enable a foreign tourist to freely perform an electronic commerce by designating a time and a place for enabling the foreign tourist to receive a product ordered. CONSTITUTION: A foreign tourist(10) orders a product through an electronic commerce server(20), and inputs a departure time, transportation and so on at that time. The server(20) refers to the order of the foreign tourist(10). A delivery list is made out and provided to a logistics center(30). The logistics center(30) delivers the product ordered to the airport at the departure time of the tourist(10). The tourist(10) receives the product ordered at a departure place. Therefore, the tourist(10) conveniently uses the electronic commerce.
