PURPOSE: A blow-over preventing device and a method thereof are provided to prevent occurrence of blow-over by sensing internal pressure of a crank chamber and controlling fuel injection level when pressure is abnormally high. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor in a crank chamber senses the present pressure value(Po) of the crank chamber(S1), and an RPM sensor in a flywheel detects the present RPM of an engine(S2). A pressure limit(Pi) of the crank chamber is output from a pressure map by using the present engine RPM. If the present pressure value is higher than the pressure limit, a possibility of blow-over is decided. Then, an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) controls the amount and timing of the fuel injection of an injector. An alarm lamp of a dash panel is lighted on to inform a driver of the possibility of blow-over(S6). According to the fuel injection control, the combustion in a combustion chamber becomes smooth and the amount of blow-by gas is reduced. Then, the pressure of the crank chamber falls and the blow-over is avoided.
