PURPOSE: A footstep structure of a vehicle reduces impact force transmitted to the feet of a driver although impact is occurred on the running of the vehicle and removes an area where welding is impossible. CONSTITUTION: The middle portion of a footstep bracket(34) is bent inwards to be convex such that intereference is removed on the welding of the footstep bracket to flange portion. Further, a footstep cover(50) having a reinforced structure is detachably mounted on the upper portion of the footstep bracket, thereby reinforcing the rigidity of the structure of a footstep. Furthermore, the footstep bracket attached on a dash panel(30) makes a driver comfortable.
