PURPOSE: A fuel recovery valve of a vehicle fuel system is provided to prevent the excessive supply of oil to an engine by directly recovering fuel to a fuel tank while rising fuel pressure and to improve safety by reducing the amount of the evaporated gas of the fuel tank and restraining the leakage of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A fuel recovery valve(1) comprises a valve body connected between a fuel pump and a supply tube, a pressure valve body(2) dividing the inside of the valve body into a shock absorbing chamber and a fuel chamber, a spring(3) supporting the pressure valve body, and a recovery pipe(4) integrated with the valve body to be communicated with the pressure chamber. While operating the fuel pump, the fuel in a fuel tank flows into the pressure chamber and to an engine. As the pressure of the fuel supplied to the engine from the pressure chamber is uniform, fuel doesn't remain due to the complete combustion of the fuel in the engine. Thus, the internal pressure of the pressure chamber is kept uniform. Simply when fuel is normally burned in the engine, the pressure valve body is lifted up by the spring. Then, a cylindrical part(21) closes an inlet of the recovery pipe and the fuel supplied to the engine is kept in uniform pressure.
