PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin conveyance device that its installation space is made as small as possible by conveying coins from a low place to a high place by one endless belt for conveyance without providing the endless belt with a coin receiving bar. SOLUTION: The endless belt 1 for conveyance made of a flat belt is extended between a couple of upper and lower pulleys 2 and 3. A coin slide surface part 22 which extends along the length of a sending-side belt part 1a is arranged on the surface opposite from the surface of the sending-side belt part 1a and a gap wherein a coin NC can be clamped is provided between the sending-side belt part 1a and the internal surface of the coin slide surface part 22. The internal surface of the coin slide plate part 22 is made of a raw material which has a smaller coefficient of friction than the endless belt 1 for conveyance. On the reverse-surface side of the sending-side belt part 1a, carrier rollers 4 which always energize the sending-side belt part 1 toward the coin slide surface part 22 are arranged along a conveyance path.
