PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an overhead guard installation operation efficiency in a forklift having an overhead guard positioned over a cabin. SOLUTION: A head guard support body 2d is fixed to a side frame 2a with the upper side of the support body offset to the rear side of a body (inclined state), and the column of the overhead guard is fixed through a lower plate 7c having screw holes in the front end part thereof in the state of being inclined by the head guard support body 2d. In addition, a front cover 8 is installed according to the inclination of the side frame 2a. Thus, the overhead guard and front cover 8 can be fixed easily to the side frame 2a.
