PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system capable of extending the range of communication, and realizing communication with the other party in a state that anonymity is held, and selecting the kind of information to be transmitted to the other party. SOLUTION: Telephone numbers for identifying portable telephone T1 and T2 devices and member identification numbers for identifying members are stored so as to correspond to each other in a member data base D1. When the member identification number of a member at the destination of transmission is designated, and information is transmitted from a portable telephone T1 of one member to the other member, a controller 22 retrieves the telephone number of the portable telephone corresponding to the designated member identification number from the member data base D1, and transmits the information to the portable telephone of the other member designated by the telephone number.
