PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify reproduction, even when processing audio signals coded at a sampling frequencies different for each music. SOLUTION: This voice coding device adds, subtracts, or mixes incoming multi-channel audio signals by a 6-channel mix and matrix circuit 1', performs predictive-coding of those channel signals by a coding part 2', quantizes the predictive-coded data with the number of samples 40, 80, or 160 according to the sampling frequencies, and compressed and packs the quantized data at a variable or fixed rate. |
