PURPOSE: A reinforced structure of telecommunication equipment with EMI shielding function and protection panel function is provided to shield the EMI as well as promote the mount/dismount of a card by selectively inserting a rod type conductor or an I-shaped conductor into a stiffener in accordance with the usage of the stiffener as a card or a reserved panel. CONSTITUTION: Long guide grooves(21,22) is formed on both sides of A rectangular plate type stiffener(23). A circular rod having a conductive layer is inserted into the guide groove(21) when the stiffener(23) is used as a card. An inserter(25) of conductive metal is inserted into the guide groove(21) when the stiffener(23) is used as a reserved panel, so that a plurality of stiffeners can be connected to each other through the inserter(25).
