摘要 PURPOSE: A method for allocating frequency in a mobile communication system is provided to allocate a call resource to the frequency having a low load by using substantial FA(Frequency Allocation) data, so as to supply a high quality communication service to a user. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication system retrieves a call kind if a resource allocating is requested(S1). If the call kind is not a basic call(S2), the mobile communication system allocates B-link resource, a frame offset, a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) channel, and a walsh code(S6,S7,S8,S9), and increases a call count allocated to a subcell after allocating a traffic(TC) gain to update a power bank of the subcell(S10), and allocates a traffic channel(S11). If the call kind is the basic call(S2), the mobile communication system allocates the B-Link resource and the frame offset(S3,S4), and identifies whether a call number allocated to a subcell of received originating/receiving signals is over a call block threshold of a corresponding subcell(S5). If not, the mobile communication system allocates the CDMA channel. If the call number is over the call block threshold, the mobile communication system distributes loads by a different FA(Frequency Allocation), and allocates frequencies.
