PURPOSE: A brake equipment prevents partial side wear and frictional noise so as to prevent a brake system from being broken out. CONSTITUTION: A brake equipment comprises the first, the second and the third push rod(31, 32, 33), a guide cylinder(40), the first and the second guide(50, 51) mounted on both sides of the guide cylinder(40), the third return spring(60) connected between a wheel cylinder(30) and the guide cylinder(40) and the forth return springs(70) connected respectively between the guide cylinder(40) and the first guide(50) and between the guide cylinder(40) and the second guide(51). The guide cylinder(40) and the first and the second guide(50, 51) do not interfere with the first and second shoe(14a, 14b) when a brake is actuated, and widen space between the first lining(18a) and a drum(16) and also between the second lining(18b) and the drum(16) not to be contacted each other by forcibly drawing the first and second shoe(14a, 14b) inwardly when the brake is not actuated, which compliments weakness and unevenness of tensile force of the return spring and prevents frictional noise and abnormal wear generated by contact between the drum(16) and the first and the second lining(18a, 18b).
