PURPOSE: A fence structure manufacturing method using scrap tires is provided to manufacture an eco-friendly, inexpensive, and elegant fence simply. CONSTITUTION: A fence structure manufacturing method using scrap tires comprises the steps of: forming an outside skin(10) to cover the entire outside of scrap tires in a coating method; laying a bracket to provide fixing force when a supporting shaft(30) functioning as a pillar of a fence passes through one side of the scrap tires covered by the outside skin and an inside skin; laying a supporting member provided with lots of bridgings inserted into a tube groove of the scrap tires on the outside of the scrap tires covered by the outside skin to correspond to external pressure and to prevent contraction; coupling a circular covering plate(50) to cover up a space of the supporting member combined with the inside of the scrap tires to provide durability to the scrap tires and to improve an aesthetic sense; and connecting a coupler having an arced surface proportional to the outside diameter of the tires to connect each parts closely when connecting the scrap tires having the same or different outside diameters in all directions or to a fence surface and the supporting shaft.
