PURPOSE: A testing device for a rigid bar is provided to minimize the shaking of a children restraint system in case of a collision and to stably fix the restraint system by testing the intensity of the rigid bar which is the fixing device of the children restraint system. CONSTITUTION: A rigid bar testing device contains a connecting member(21) fixed to a rigid bar(30); a body(10) connected to the connecting member and to an upper anchor; and a load applied member(24) installed in one side of the body to conduct a load application test. The connecting member is combined with the rigid bar by a bolt(22) and combined with the body by more than one bolt(23) to be variable in a protruding length. The body consists of a base(11) settled on the bottom(31) of a seat; a vertical portion(12) rectangularly installed with the base to install a backrest(32); a protruding portion(13) rectangularly installed with the vertical portion to install the load applied member; and a supporting portion(14) connecting the base and the vertical portion to support the vertical portion with the base.
