PURPOSE: A metal plate processor is provided to cut and to punch at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A device for processing a metal plate contains a moving member arranged a guide bar(112) through the upper face of a base(100) and loaded a motor(118) and a rotating surface plate(116) for rotating in the guide bar(112); a punching portion formed a frame(200) for forming supporting structure by extending from the base(100) and to punch a hole in a processed plate; and a cutting portion to cut the processed plate circularly by suspending in the frame. Thereby, the punching and the cutting operations are performed easily.
