PURPOSE: An anti-theft structure of a two-wheeled vehicle provided to simplify structure by using a hanging bar controlling a turning angle and a main stand, not to damage external appearance and to conveniently install during production of a two-wheeled vehicle. CONSTITUTION: When traveling, a primary locking plate(28) and a vertical rotation inhibiting plate and a secondary locking plate(29) are unlocked as a locking implement(31), So, at a main stand(22), a horizontally folded state is kept by the elasticity of a coil spring(32). A horizontal rotation inhibiting piece(27) is hung on a hanging bar(26). The main stand is concealed by a crank case cover and the secondary locking plate is concealed. When parking, the main stand is erected and the secondary locking plate is opposed to the primary locking plate. By the locking of the locking implement to a hole(30) on the primary and the secondary locking plates, even in case of cutting a wire harness and electrical wire, a rear wheel keeps an apart state from a surface for a two-wheeled vehicle.
