PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that interference fringes are generated on a liquid crystal panel and excellent display quality can not be obtained when fixing the liquid crystal panel to a mounting frame through two points with the adhesive or by the stress due to redundant expanse of an adhesive. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel and the mounting frame are fixed through one point with the resin selected from photosetting resin, thermosetting resin, epoxy resin and the like and then fixed through the other point with the resin selected from silicone resin or urethane resin to absorb the stress generated and eliminate display unevenness due to the interference fringes or the like.
