<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to predict the behavior of a plant even when accident management operation is introduced. SOLUTION: The plant accident countermeasure aiding system is constituted of a measuring instrument 10 for measuring various states of the plant, a data collection device 20 for correcting plant state data measured by the instrument 10, a plant status evaluation device 30 for receiving the plant status data from the device 20 on-line or off-line and identifying the plant status at the time of reception, a plant action evaluation device 50 for evaluating the action of the plant when various accident management operation is applied to the current plant status identified by the device 30, etc., so that the behavior of the plant can be predicted even when the accident management operation is introduced.</p> |
