PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy in detection of a current value with simple constitution, in application to the battery pack by, for example, a lithium ion battery, concerning a power unit and a method of producing the power unit. SOLUTION: The current in the current path is detected, making use of the ON resistance of a field effect transistor 3 and the resistance values of wiring patterns P1 and P2, and further the resistance values of the wiring patterns P1 and P2 are adjusted.
