PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the movement of a piston and the gas flow from intake and exhaust ports to be in the same directions to enhance the intake ad exhaust efficiency by employing a rotary port disc serving as intake and exhaust valves, and thereby to improve the fuel consumption. SOLUTION: This intake and exhaust device is provided with a first cylinder head cover 13 having one or plural intake ports 21 and one or plural exhaust ports 22, and a second cylinder head cover 13a provided with an intake pipe 16 and an exhaust pipe 15 at relative positions of the intake and exhaust ports 21, 22. A rotary disc 23 having a port 23 serving as a valve, is provided between the first and second cylinder head covers 13, 13a. |
