PURPOSE: An installing structure of a reinforce for vehicle panel and nut makes easy installation of a nut reinforce to a big size panel. CONSTITUTION: A hooked groove(111) is formed on a panel(110). A hooker(131) multi-step curved is formed on a nut reinforce(130). The hooker(131) is fixed by being inserted into the hooked groove(111). The method of installation with the hooker(131) and the hooked groove(11) makes easy installation of the nut reinforce(130) because it does not need to make a welding bar approach to an engaged portion. And the fact that the hooker(131) is multi-step curved makes room on the engaged portion when curving the hooker(131).
