PURPOSE: A charging circuit is provided to be capable of combining a charger for a cigar lighter and a travelling charger into single charger, thereby charging a battery for a cellular phone during travelling and driving. CONSTITUTION: The charging circuit comprises the first charging part(10), the second charging part(20) and a battery charging control part(30). The first charging part(10) outputs DC voltage as constant voltage. The second charging part(20) rectifies AC voltage into constant DC voltage. The battery charging control part(30) charges a battery in accordance with the constant output from the first or second charging parts(10,20). The second charging part(20) comprises a rectifier(21), a starter(22), a PWM circuit(23), a feedback circuit(24), a transformer and a switching transistor. The first charging part(10) comprises a constant voltage controller(11) and an inductor(L2). The battery charging control part(30) comprises a battery voltage detection and constant current circuit(31) and the second switching transistor(Q2).
