PURPOSE: A MLCC(MultiLayer Ceramic Condenser) and manufacturing the same is provided to improve a proper withstand voltage characteristic and reduce its size. CONSTITUTION: In the laminated ceramic capacitor, the thicknesses of the shell sections(22) of ceramic particles(20) near conductor layers(12) are made larger by mixing an additive contained in a ceramic dielectric layer(11) in the conductive paste forming the conductor layers(13). Since the breakdown voltage characteristic of the capacitor is improved, the capacitance of the capacitor can be increased and the size of the capacitor can be reduced, by reducing the thickness of the dielectric layer(11). |
