PURPOSE: An apparatus for regulating and reserving a video and a TV is provided to control operations for watching, reserving, and recording a selected program by clicking a necessary program once or using a voice command once. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for regulating and reserving a video and a TV is operated by a predetermined software. The apparatus has a screen for displaying English or other languages and the screen is composed by the predetermined software. A graphic image instead of the languages may be displayed on the screen. The graphic image is composed by the predetermined software. A memory device for inputting data such as a text for advertisement, a screen, and a sound is installed at a controller. A local code or a specific code is added to the data and a necessary program is selected and shown by using the local code or the specific code. |
