PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-proof nonaqueous electrolyte battery to contribute to the improvement of reliability and safety. SOLUTION: A first equalizer 2 is attached to a battery case 1 to compensate the difference between internal/external pressures by making an non-aqueous electrolyte 3 flow inside the first equalizer 2 and the battery case 1. A second equalizer 9, separate from the first equalizer 2, is also mounted, and a weak thin part 8 is formed between the second equalizer 9 and the battery case 1. The second equalizer 9 is filled with an inactive material to weaken or stop electro-chemical reaction when mixed with the non-aqueous electrolyte 3. |
